1. Oversee and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for new employees, technicians, freelancers, and paid interns to achieve the human resource filling targets for each department in the company.
2. Create and develop evaluation systems for employees, such as Performance Appraisal, Monthly Performance, and Worktime Sheet, to assist employees and their supervisors in tracking their work progress and achieving the company's objectives in providing objective rewards.
3. Design and establish the company’s organizational structure to support the desired bureaucratic framework.
4. Create company regulations by considering the company’s situation, capabilities, and culture to issue
regulations that align with shareholder interests.
5. Develop and manage the company’s payroll and wage scale to assist in remuneration structure for recruitment, salary, promotions, and more.
6. Develop an HR database to ensure that the HR system runs smoothly within the company.
7. Create a competency mapping system for employees as a means to enhance the quality of the company’s human resources.
8. Monitor and evaluate all systems, policies, administration, and work related to the HR department.
